TMPL_VAR (perldesk 2.2)

I have never seen scripting like this, but in the new version of Perldesk, 2.2 they use this to generate content of the pages, such as forms, and custom text and whatnot. Their forums are down, but I need help quick so I ask here... My thing is, is when a user signs up, I have custom fields where they enter their location in a building, and a room number. They enter it in, and it is stored in their profile, when you look at the profile it is there. When you go to submit a new ticket, that information is not populated in the forms like it should be. And there is no sense for a user to have to type their name everytime they submit a ticket, especially if it is in their profile... In many of the forms, where the value of a text box is, it will say something like value= or something like that.. My question is, where are these variables stored? I cannot find them anywhere. Anyways, if you can help, I would appreciate it. Thanks

This is probably too late to help you, but for others out there: For the lang.* variables, look in the include/lang directory. For the cfg.* variables, look in the perlDesk_settings table in the database. Keith Bucher
