Mail Server Help

I created an email account admin at haleyhosting.com .. this is the first email account that i have created. The weird thing is i can send emails out but cant recieve emails. i know this probably somthing really simple.

Does the email account has got sufficient disk space left? Have you logged into the webmail and check mails?

yeah i gave that account 50 megs. i have logged in to check mail and i have nothing. ive tried sending sending mail from my gmail account and it came back Mail Delivery Subsystem to me show details 10:19 am (29 minutes ago) This is an automatically generated Delivery Status Notification THIS IS A WARNING MESSAGE ONLY. Do you have root access to the server? I assume this is a cpanel server.

It might be a spam assasin problem.

login as root and check if the domain name entry is present in the /etc/localdomains file. grep haleyhosting.com /etc/localdomains If not present add it to the file and try sending mails. Also check if clamd is running on the server. Execute the following script. /scripts/restartsrv_clamd
