problem with webmail
Posted by 3-rx, 12-28-2007, 10:17 AM Hello I logged into horde and when I try to delete messages I am getting the following error message: There was an error deleting messages from the folder "Inbox". This is what the server said: [TRYCREATE] Mailbox does not exist. Can anyone help me sort this out? I rely on email for my business and this is driving me nuts. search in internet and find this solution but unfortunately in "options" don't find any "Deleting and Moving Messages" and Trash folder too :-( any advice thx

Posted by david510, 12-28-2007, 10:20 PM 3-rx, Login to horde. Click on the mail button in the upper-left hand side and then click on the options button. Otherwise you are selecting the "global options". In the case I have said you will be selecting "Options for Mail".
Posted by 3-rx, 12-29-2007, 07:48 AM i'm on cpanel Problem is resolved. The problem was, that site ovelimit his space. Just increase there space, and find "Deleting and Moving Messages" option. thank you anyway :-)
