Balance Bandwidth

I run Lighttpd and can push out 50mb/s and 500 connections with load .05 .10 .12. My problem is not server load but bandwidth load. Is there a way to balance bandwidth in that if 1 server is getting 40mb/s to push it to another server so that both servers can be doing 20mb/s each? Thanks

DNS round robin, load balancing hardware, software load balancing. DNS ound robin is probably the fastest way to do it.
