Can't connect to website but everything is up and running?

I can't connect to my website all of a sudden but I can connect to ssh, ftp and mysql is running normally. Anyone know what I can do? I'm starting to think I was hacked. I already restarted the server through ssh and there was no change. I tried connecting through a proxy and it's down there too.

I did the restart command for it and it seemed to work fine. Then I did the start command and I got this error. I'm not sure if it's running or not. Starting httpd: httpd: Syntax error on line 18 of /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf: Sy ntax error on line 1 of /etc/httpd/conf/extra/httpd-phpmodules.conf: Cannot load /usr/lib/apache/libphp5.so into server: libmysqlclient.so.18: cannot open share d object file: No such file or directory does this mean it's an lighttpd problem?

Well looks like a mysql problem then. It was working fine just before so I don't know what caused it. Think I will just assume a hack and nuke the server.

It looks to as if apache cannot load the php5 libraries because the path has changed. Have you installed any updates recently.
