Anyone familiar using OpenCart on Godaddy
Posted by mjfroggy, 10-14-2012, 07:24 PM I have an issue I am pulling my hair out with and hoping someone maybe came across this issue before or could provide some suggestions. Sadly I tried asking Godaddy for help and their reply was to have me upgrade to their cloud based hosting instead of their regular shared hosting. No matter how much I told the rep that moving my hosting to a cloud based plan won't resolve my issue. Anyway so I had setup a Opencart website on a development hosting plan I have with Godaddy. I then moved my opencart into to my production/live hosting account. I edited/updated both the config files in root and the admin folders. However now anytime I go to the admin url and type in my credentials and click the submit button I get a blank page. I am using a custom theme so I can't just do a fresh from scratch install on the production hosting plan. I have googled this issue and see many people seem to have this issue but no one ever posts what the resolution is So hoping someone here may shed some light on the issue thanks all
Posted by ForzaHost, 10-15-2012, 01:37 PM Your probably missing some configuration in the config file for the admin, double check it and make sure you've not got too many /'s.
