mail problem on plesk

ill get the basic infomation out the way now. OS: Windows Server 2008 Standard CP: Plesk 8.4 Im having a small issue with my plesk setup, when i first setup the server i couldnt get mail to work, it wouldnt send nor recieve. Anyhow i contacted Parallels and paid for support of which they said the smtp wasnt setup correctly and it was all fixed. Now im noticing its not working correctly, mail seems to be building up on the server and not being sent out until what looks like once a day?! Is there anyway of configuring the SMTP so that it sends as soon as mail is created. Luckly this server has not got any customers on yet but within the next few days i was hopeing to start allowing customer sign ups. Can anyone point me in the right direction as i dont fancie paying Plesk support again if its something easy to fix.

Could be your mailenable resolvers. try changing them and you might need to reconfigure the relay settings as well to enable outgoing mails
