Posted by nhouck, 09-02-2008, 07:53 PM A lot of times our system emails to our customers are outright blocked by various providers, or put into junk mail folders. Is there any white list or some means to tell the main email providers that our mail is legit other than telling the user to add us as a contact after the fact when they didn't receive our emails? I have setup proper SPF records and such but that does not solve the problem of random emails being junked or blocked entirely. I've checked several blacklists and out of 50 or so lists there is 1-2 that are listed, but those are listed for the whole IP range and appear to be foreign lists which I don't think the big email providers pay much attention to. Thanks for any help.
