Donhost (again)

Hi, I don't really want to start another donhost session but i'm getting a bit bored with this. My site is (again) down. Ftp is (again) down and this entire six hour wait for accounts to be activated thing is bugging the hell out of me and my users. Is anybody else bugged to hell by these 'little' problems? More to the point does anybody know of a reseller service that provides the same features for about the same price? (£42.29) I've got about 40 domains with young daniel. Cheers.

Just a thought but have your problems been duplicated by any other users... I know my sites have been fine and any hiccups have been my own. I'd suggest talking to Adam at Donhost tech support as he will take the time to sift through and answer your questions. For what it's worth though I've noticed that my ISP has been having problems recently with weird time-outs and others have reported issues with trying to ftp more than a particular file size, again tracked to their dial up ISP. The problem may not actually be with Donhost but elsewhere... Try the http://www.communityzero.com/donhost/ forum for help or corroboration on a problem. Other users might be able to point you in the right direction. Anyway, either way I hope you got it sorted.

I've actually posted this question somewhere else so appologies if your having to read this twice ALL my donhost sites have gone down. Has this happened to anybody else? ---- just an adition. i can't use my accounts as they have suspended me for non payment. Why? .. Their billing manager kept on 'loosing' my credit card details... Worried. I refusused to send them my credit card details by email... Does anybody else see a problem with this one? Last edited by AL-Benjamin; 07-11-2001 at 06:16 PM.
