Donhost - Support changes?????

Can anyone else who uses Donhost, especially if you are a reseller please let me know if you have received any notification of a change in support hours or of the changed support number? If you have could can you please post a copy of the email here or PM it to me directly. I've just been wrong footed by this little development and I'd like to be 100% sure of the facts. Thanks Update: Apparently I missed setting the relevant email account for automatic checking, hence hadn't received the email. This was my bad so apologies where due. However the email was received in the account at 17:42 yesterday which if you check below was still 42 minutes after support had subsequently shut. This is not a very good move - I'm starting to have worries about where DONHOST is heading.... NT Setup options - that aren't real - and I'm not able to find a single BETA tester ! It looks like the move to the new office means that its no longer run from his home ! 24x7 Support is critical, I hope he's just worded his email poorly - and he means that he will continue to monitior all servers 24x7 - just not man a help desk. I currently testing DATAPACKET.NET for a NT based solution, and was hoping that DONHOST would be our UNIX based option. I think it maybe back to the drawing board on this !

I have also not recieved the email and am getting progresivly more iritated at daniel. When i asked why the service was suffering recently he sounded puzzled as though i was talking a different language. Furthermore, all of my sites have now disapeared. I have no way to contact him until the next morning so all my customers have no sites. Any ideas?

I think you can rest assured that Donhost will continue to monitor and keep servers up and running especially when their racks are based just down the road from home. To be honest, as far as keeping the servers online, Donhost is particularly good at attending to faults, if any, and dealing with them rapidly. Unfortunately "communication" is still an issue and I'll be honest I can't believe they made such a drastic decision, re: support, with absolutely no advance notice. 24/7 support was one of my main reasons for moving to Donhost mainly because I work evenings and weekends. Unfortunately with that gone I feel it's time to start looking all over again. For the record I have just paid for this month in advance so I'm not expecting to find my account closed when I wake tomorrow morning.
