Just to let you know about another of Donhosts practices.... You may have read my other post about donhosts practices with me and their ability to 'loose' my cc details. They sent me a warning that my account would be suspended if i didn't pay in 24hours. So i updated my credit card details (again) with a brand new credit card that had not been used. I also tried to call them to just establish they had recieved my details, but because of their stupid 'office hours' i could not get hold of anybody. This morning at 10 i called to check everything to find out from daniel that my account had indeed been suspended. Not a problem though we can re instate the account .... Great! but.... When donhost suspend accounts, they don't actually suspend them like the rest of the world. They delete them all all the content. So 40 websites, with my content and all my users content gone! and the lesson, if you do go with donhost. Backup your site and your users site.

Holy crapola! Your account wasn't suspended...it was cancelled. I'm pretty sure I'd find somewhere else to do business.
