Backup error in PLESK since upgrade to 8.5

We upgraded to 8.5 and began having issues with our backups. I attempted the upgrade to 8.6 today, however the issue persists.
Here is the error received:

Any PLESK gurus know where to begin looking? As a last resort, we will be reinstalling PLESK, however the thought of re-creating 140 sites is scary.
Any advice?

Have you tried contacting your host/plesk for assistance?

PLESK contact is made thru our server farm, and their recommendation was to reinstall PLESK. It would be faster and a sure solution. I guess PLESK support is hit or miss.
I was hoping someone knew a secret switch I could flip to make the problem automatically resolve. I also believe in Santa.
Thanks!
