Please run the chkdsk utility on the volume \\Device\\HarddiskVolume1. The file system structure on the disk is corrupt and unusable. Please run the chkdsk utility on the volume C:. I have requested them to add another disk and copy the data With which utility can try to repair the disk Thanks you
