| Now I have an account at liveplanets.com and I'm not happy. The Support Department respond (not always) at my e-mail after few days and this is impossible!!!
I wanna to move to other company with all my clients. What you recomand me?
mchost.com ?
splashhost.com ?

| MCHost has good features and support wise when they aren't overwhelmed with tickets.
I don't know much about splashhost never been with them.
What I would do is do a search on both from here find a few folks that have been with each and have said good or bad things about either and then PM them and ask about their time with each.

| been with both , currently with splashhost , never looked back , i highly recommend going with splashhost , not to mention alan is online alot with human click , but i would shoot both companys a sells email . And maybe search the forum a tad more for info about both .

| I don't think the owner knows much. I had an account there and had a bad experience. Email responses took forever and were hard to understand. I don't think the person speaks English too well.
