Server down after start apache! Too many connection!

Server down after start apache! Too many connection! Hello, When im start apache on server, its crashed. Are you sure that you have used absolute paths in all your files ? I believe, using of relative path may cause this.

Its resolved by set permission of profile.php located in "/home/ir****30/" to 000!
