Chargeback-- Let me warn you of this, if you are using PayPal or Billpoint as your primary collecting point.
Concider yourself warned they do not offer any assistance or fraud protection if you are selling a service.
So far I have had a couple chargebacks this past month where they got their setup fee which is listed as non-refundable on my pages, and their monthly fee totally returned to them.
Because there was no proof that they received their services!
Watch your backs guys!

Chargebacks can occur with any company you use as a payment processor. This risk is always present with credit card transactions.
As an FYI, online fraud rates have been reported a little over 1.00%. Ours has been reported at about half (or ever a little less) than that because of our anti-fraud methods.
We do offer some protection when tangible goods are sold, but it is not extended to digital products.

Well Damon
Its because PayPal won't come out with a feature to protect companies such as myself that provides services.
That I am being forced to drasticly narrow my business with PayPal after 4 years of association.
I don't get it, you suport magazines, books, auctions (to a degree). I sell on autions, you advertise that the seller and buyer are protected through paypal, yet I ALWAYS LOSE!!!
To me thats known as a contradiction of terms.
