Have you tried whitelisting your IP? Where are you sending the email too?

Hi Sinus,
Are any of your IPs on a blacklist?
Do you encounter issues sending to any certain email provider, such as Yahoo or Hotmail, or most email servers? (If it's Yahoo, DomainKeys and the like can help.)

Make sure that reverse DNS entry of your IP is present. You can check it at:http://www.reversednslookup.org/
