aspcodehosting and melliniumnetworks

Both of these companies are reselling via the same hosting co.. I know because I signed up with accounts at both and got the same IP and hosting controller. To say the least, the server is VERY UNRELIABLE and there has been consistent downtime. As of late their Web server went down and Mellinium finally got my acct back up on another IP, but I have to re set everything.. I have not seen my SQL server data in more than 2 weeks. Mellinium also refuses to give me a refund eventhough my first request was hours after the account was set-up. Now neither company is responding to emails. I'm wondering what course of action I can take next.. How can I find out what host they're reselling? I've been contacted by others that also use these companies that are at a loss. Anybody know what's happening??

I know that aspcodehosting.net's upstream provider was having some downtime. But it was a month ago. They should have recovered by now. Peter

the sql server is down on both.. I'm starting to think they lost my data. I think i deserve at least an email to let me know what's happening.

well at least melliniumnetworks has responded with a lengthy email apologizing for the problems and recovering with a new server. aspcodehosting has ignored my emails for 3 weeks now and refusues to reply to anyone. how long does he intend to hideout from his customers?
