Will SSD dedicated server make a good difference in speed?

My website currently have 50% in Google page insight. It is not fast.
I am using a dedicated server with Sata but I am wondering if I change to a dedicated server with SSD will my websites be faster?
Here is the current server am using;
Intel Xeon E3 1245v2
RAM: 32 GB DDR3
IPMI: no
Operating System: CentOS 6.7 x64
Guaranteed Bandwidth / Traffic: 250 Mbps / Unlimited
HDD: 2 x 2 TB SATA SoftRAID
Additional IP v4 (1 is already included. Up to 129 IP on server): no
Location: France
Backup Storage: 100 GB
I am considering moving to this;
Model: Xeon E3-1231v3 (4c/8t)
RAM: 32 GB DDR3 ECC 1600MHz
HDD: 2x 480GB SSD RAID SOFT
Bandwidth: 500 Mbps
Traffic: Unlimited
Will there be any significant difference if I migrate?

The bandwidth is twice as much (is it still dedicated with the new setup?), so that might make a difference if you have a lot of concurrent users. As for the the type of disk, it would most likely only make a difference if you have a lot of IO. Do you? Anything database intensive?
With the provided information it is rather impossible to give a proper answer though. Why would you consider a new machine?

I run 4 auto-blog on the dedicated server. I mean automatic news aggregation. Each of the site scan and fetch 800 posts daily. Is that what you meant?

Not really. What do you use it for? Is there anything IO intensive where the faster performance of an SSD would actually come into play?
Is the SSD the only reason you consider moving?

It's depends is the right answer, it's all application related and workload related. And it also depend on the HW you use, SSD disks, controller, etc

Yes, moving to SSD will make a real difference. Also, you should work on optimizing the server to better handle the requests (I see many fail here).

Faster for sure. SQL will return result faster, so your website will load faster on heavy query. I have SQL DB with 40GB size, query on HDD take 5,2s to get 1000 record, moved to SSD and it only take ~2,1s.

If you can upgrade to SSD you can get better performance. But its depends on traffic , applications etc..

Yeah, and if you are already at it, get SoftRAM. That will double your memory.
Seriously, why these suggestions? An SSD can improve performance but by any means does not necessarily have to. For many many cases a regular hard disk is more than enough.

Hi,
SSD will function more faster than HDD. However, SSDs are more expensive compared to the HDD, one reason being the same. However, if you have something high IO and more usage of database, it will be highly recommended to you..

Some people who never use SSD claim that SSD will not make any difference in Stability and speed.
I use SSD and my server speed and stability is much better. I recommended to use SSD. I am using it from few year and my server load is less on SSD server, fast vps speed.

I'm not one of those people.. I use both HDD and SSD and it is misinformation to tell somebody using an SSD will make their website faster. How do you know? do you know anything about their website?
For me, the short answer is no... switching to an SSD won't make your website magically faster. There are too many questions to ask.
Is the site slow in the first place? if so, why? database problems? rubbish mysql queries/config? server load? high disk IO?
SSD will obviously perform ALL tasks much quicker.. but it doesn't mean the end user will see the website any faster in all cases.
I have some websites on HDD and they're lightening fast.. 90/100 in google page speed.

SSD disks are 10x faster as HDD, but 8x more expensive.
If your bottleneck is HDD, it will help you a lot

Precisely! While an SSD is by definition faster in disk access, disk access is by far not everything and even if a site is slow there are usually dozens of other areas that might need to be tackled before even considering changing the storage technology. The SSD gang here seems to blissfully ignore this and rather wants to repeat their urban legends. We dont even know what the OP needs and what setup he has got.

There are so many variables in this scenario, it makes it difficult to accurately predict if you'd experience a significant improvement in the speed of your websites. Of course, SSD is faster if you're dealing with IO, but there are a multiple of factors that ultimately determine website speed.

to know you need an end-2-end performance analysis, it can be possible that you get no benefit at all !
SSD is too generic to say...
The only thing you can do is to rent a SSD server and test your website/application
