Free Support Ticket Scripts?

| Hi,
Does anyone know of a good support ticket script that I can install on my new web hosting site?
I remember seeing a post of "free reseller goodies" about a month and a half ago on here which containted links to some great scripts, but it has since been removed from the server. The oldest thread for the "Reseller Forum" is one posted on 04-15-2003 05:21 AM. So it looks like they only keep 30 days worth of threads on the site.

| Only if you already have it. It's not available from PerlDesk web site (last I looked). And you can't re-distribute it.

| Yes, that was the thread I recall. I tried searching for it using the word "goodies" rather than "freebies". My mistake.
I wrongly concluded that only 30 days of threads are kept on the server because when you click on "Reseller Forum" from the Forum list, and then click "Last »" where it shows the page numbers (Pages (8): [1] 2 3 » ... Last »). The last thread shown is dated 04-15-2003 05:21 AM, exactly 30 days ago. I now see that running a search on "freebies" brings up the thread.
Thank you for digging up the thread, it is packed with very useful links.
