| I know, this would not be the first that you'll read good review about CitadelHost but I would just like to return the good things that they are doing. I have been with several hosts and citadelhost is the best for me. For me, no one can beat their support. They response in less than 2 minutes, any time of the day including dawn time. They move my accts for free which is very important, and just a while ago, I requested for mysql restore (from a file that I uploaded via ftp coz I keep encountering timeout restoring it via cpanel coz I'm just using a dial up) and they are also superb. They even do it 3 times for me coz I messed it up after the restore twice. They are friendly and easy to talk with.
The server are fast, dual xeon 1GB RAM and server load is very very low, in average I've only seen it as 0.25 and the network is fast also, the average ping of my sites are 35ms... I cannot review about uptime coz I'm just new but for sure it will also be great.
If they will continue this for the months to come, I won't really stop recommending them here and to others.

| I agree. CitadelHost provides hosting for both of my websites and there are so many pro's and absolutely no cons to going with them. Every issue that I've ran in to, I got solutions and assistance... the absolute best host that I've ever had experience doing business with.

| gotta chime in and say I totally agree!
I've been with them a couple of months and the only NOTICEABLE downtime was when they had hardware failure (which happens with every host anyway) and it wasn't very long either.
Definitely 2 thumbs up!

| I also agree that Citadelhost are one of the most stable and reliable hosting companies that I have been with. Customer support, uptime, stability, reliability and connectivity are all winning factors. All this for a damn good price!
Well done, and I hope that Jonathan and others at Citadelhost keep it up.

| Why would you need a mailing address? If you wanted to know where Jon and his partner were located, he'd tell you, because he's told me. But an address is irrelevant as payments are done via paypal.
I had a whole list of questions that I asked Jon prior to me signing up and he answered all of them in a prompt manner.

| Well said. If you run a serious business you should provide at least mailing address to check who you are, where you locate, so that in case there is fraud or law suite, we have some evidence to sue .
I think this is just normal business matter.

| Not only is it proper to post a address on your website its the LAW. Which many host do not follow.

| Do you have a cite for that law? Seems odd to me that there would be a law like that, especially on a world-wide medium.

| Its a USA Law sorry to clarify called Interstate Traffic which anyone doing business is required to post address no matter type of business.
