Do any of you offer off network support ? meaning that you have an account off the network of your server for emergency support use? if so who do you use?

Basically what you are looking for is a provider who say has server at rackshack with the main host.com domain hosted on it and a seperate helpdesk located on say NAC network so that in the event that something horrible happened to the RS network the helpdesk would still be available which is hosted at NAC?

Yes, we have support email and forums on a small virtual account with crediblehost, so it's away from the clients server. I think it was a good investment, if the server goes down people can view any notices posted on the forum and email can continue as normal. I didn't move our main site there, because if i was in the clients shoes and there was a server problem i'd probally be more annoyed "your site is up so why isn't mine" kinda thing
