Registring the dll is bot command are same 1. copy the dll from the another location on the server and put it in system32 folder regsvr32 abc.dll 2. give the exact path and register regsvr32 drive:\location\abc.dll ich step is does is there any vulnerable effect on server with step 2 rather with step1.which step harm the system. abc.dll is unknown file of client.
