NetBunch servers down???

Is NetBunch going to down their servers permanently? All my domains hosted their up and down for last 4 days and now they are continuously down since last night. Please update me if anyone has an idea about that.

NetBunch has been sold to WebHostPlus. Basically, grab your backups and GTFO.

We are finishing of migrating last server which is the primary DNS for the cluster. Please bare with us for another 24-48 hours. Once migration of that server is over all services will be 100% stable. Thank you

Thanks a lot. At least you responded here. Why don't you people reply to the tickets for several days? The guys on your live chat have no idea of what they are sitting for. The are helpless people sitting on a help desk. Moreover, whenever your service is up for a while I see the 15 days old server state. Means, all data posted and all uploaded files and all mails received in last 15 days are lost. Is it like the same? Please tell us the clear picture of it and at least respond to our support tickets with clear details. Regards, Shahid

Speaking of optimal performance, ALL Netbunch servers will be upgraded to Dual 2.8 Xeon with at least 2Gigs of RAM with some having 3Gigs. Ip’s will also change as many servers are blacklisted do to customers sending SPAM. Anyone seen flooding the mail queue will be designated as a spammer and will have their account suspended pending investigation. Webhostplus does have a stringent AUP and will not tolerate any violations! All DNS will remain the same and no changes will be needed from the customer’s side. Migration? All servers will be migrated remotely and WILL NOT incur any downtime whatsoever. All new servers are as mentioned new Dual 2.8 Xeon 1U and 2U servers with at least 2Gigs of memory with some having 3Gigs. All DNS will be remaining the same so there is no need for any customers to make changes. We will be honoring all current pricing and grandfathered deals from Netbunch. I moved my pages, and a few customers I sold on dr2/netbunch right after you badly bungled the netbunch DNS to a webhost run by four HIGH SCHOOL KIDS.
