Any afordable reseller accounts in European DCs?

| Hello!
I am interested if any of you knows any company offering afordable reseller accounts in some european DCs.
I am looking for a small account (1GB of space, 10GB of traffic) with CPanel/WHM/Fantastico with overselling on, good speed and a reliable connection.

| I wonder what quality DCs are there in Europe because I was not able to find any. Maybe I didn't look hard enough.

| Hi!
I'm located in Europe and I would expect from an European DC a PING of 30-50ms. But clook.net has got some 130ms from my current location. Just like the NJ's NAC. I would expect al most 75ms for UK.
On the other hand I might just be pinging a Clook's NAC server.
