Posted by CrazyTech, 10-07-2003, 04:43 PM I don't know where you can find one, but looking around other host's websites is often a good way to write your own. Have it checked over by a lawyer if you can.
Posted by Sem, 10-07-2003, 08:38 PM Are you a reseller? If so, ask your host if you can paraphrase or outright use theirs, and possibly add your own requirements. Many will allow this if approached correctly, and it makes sense as your TOS should closely parallel the one they use. I would definitely ask first If you are not a reseller, um, nevermind
