what's the latest on bestreseller.com?

| Looking at search archives, it appeared they were having some trouble a month or so ago. But is anybody using them now, and what's the level of service? Uptime?

I use a few different hosting providers... bestreseller is one of them. The first week I signed with them, they were great! That was the last week in December. About 2 weeks ago there was major downtime (over 24 hours) with no type of warning, email, support, nothing. It was extremely frustrating. I had to move all the sites on that server to another one of my account asap. I received an email 2 days after the sites were back up. Basically, the support system is terrible.. Theyve been trying to fix it and I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt.. but unfortunately they're still having problems (for now).
On a positive note, they recently switched servers and its a big difference. No downtime since the switch but still a lack of "tech" support. I've only been with them for about a month and a half, so I cant really recommend them, yet. if they fix a few issues within the next few weeks, I wouldnt have a problem with the recommendation.

| Try doing a whois on their domain name will show the registrants location. If you want to find out where their servers are located do a traceroute on them
Or the easiest thing to do would be to ask the host directly of course.

| I believe the servers are located in LiquidWeb's datacenter (Michigan)

| Actually, technical support has been improved. Many customers have reported an average response time of 2 hours.
