Just Tried to give them a go to see how good the service and uptime was on a cheap account used for file backups.
Even their website, http://www.hostingdepartment.net does not seem to be loading.
Anybody else noticing this?

We are up & running fine, we havent had any downtime for months & the stats also say this.

I am unable to load your website, and I can only load my root website for the reseller, no others, I am sending you a PM to hopefully resolve this.

I have managed to get onto technical support on another computer and am resolving this with HD now.
