Urgent request, reseller with root access

Posted by Jhorra, 03-25-2004, 01:28 PM
Greetings, I didn't want to use the leads bit because I need to get this set up today. I need to move some of my customers over to a new host. There have been some back end issues causing problems with mysql and phpadmin. The hosting for this is due tomorrow, so I want to make sure I get it moved today so I can cancel my service without having to pay another month. I don't want to move to a dedicated server just yet until I get some additional resources in place. I just need a good provider who for the next few months I can trust not to have issues. Just a side note, I guess root access won't be to necessary, but it would make it easier to move all my stuff over. Thanks Luke

There are lots of providers out there who will assist with you moving the sites, I'm sure if you contact them regarding this they will beable to assist you. But I don't think anyone will give you root access within WHM

I currently have it, but that's with a VPS. I'm just thinking when I want to move everyone over to a dedicated server is there a way to do it easily just using WHM?

Yes within WHM you can use copy/transfer, it works most of the time, Seen it have its problems, but does work good when it does work

Would you mind letting us know how much space and bandwidth you are searching for? This will help us eliminate useless recommendations and narrow the search. Thank you, JezzoMaster

I ended up going back to my previous host Bluewho. They are awesome. Helped me get everything up and rolling.
