I need an Information, which companies* has the best and the worst support for you?
*Must be a reseller hosting company.

| In my experience, both HTTPme and Kualo have provided great support for my reseller accounts.
The worst would have to be HostPacket, but the company is long gone and it was a mistake to go with them in the first place.

| That's a name I haven't heard in quite some time.
Anyway, there are many reseller webhosts out there that provide excellent support. Everyone has there favourite, the trick is not going with one who provides lousy support.

I needed to recommend a reseller hosting company in the US to an important customer. I will tell her to go with http://www.bluewho.com/ - It seems, they have the best support.
