SubscribeMe and Mod_Security

I have a client that runs SubscribeMe Pro...but mod_security isn't playing nice with it. If I turn it off...SubscribeMe runs fine so I know its mod_security. Is there a way to have mod_security rules to allow that specific program to run...anyone run the two together and have the rule set?
