Application configuration not correct. 3. Your ISP problem. 4. An intermittent network problem i.e. between your DC and the ISP. Do all your clients with different ISPs are facing the same issues? You can check the server resources using the following command Also check which processes are using up high resources with the following commands Paste the output of the above commands so people can assist you further.
