Wirenine.... DOWN!

Hi,
I am a customer of wirenine.com
Two days ago, their resellers DNS server went down for more than 8 hours ago and today ALL wirenine is down.
Ive sent a PM to WN-Ali but he hasnt replied yet.
Ive checked the sites with alertra.com so its not my connection.

Have you tried contacting the tech support instead of PM'ing WN-Ali instead?
Their website does appear to be down on my end however..

Looks like it's time to start shopping around. This amount of unexplained downtime shouldn't be acceptable in anyone's book.

This is because Wirenine's DC which is Gnax had experienced some power failure.

The power failure was yesterday morning at 04:45AM not today.

I think their DC is in Chicago, Printers Square to be exact.
Mmmm, never noticed any problems with my vps. I must have slept through it all!!!!
