| For sure multiple plans.
In fact users also prefer custom made plans, wherein they can select various options.

| Only offering one plans will limit your company to people only looking for a plan that size. By giving more options you give yourself a better shot at getting more clients. Unless you are going for a particular niche then multi is the way to go.

| I think making 3 Plans would be just fine .
Moreover you can add a line that Custom Plans are Excepted !

| custom plans really kills, you have to make fixed plans to provide your users with.
although there is big players like ipowerweb with 1 plan and doing REAL good too!

| Ya they are doing good but the reason behind this is Extreme publicity, Advertising, good support & the best part the costs are cheap !
However i don't know y Custom Plans are not good. I have made a lot in Custom Plans . Say for example if someone wants 40 Gb Space & 400 Gb bandwidth & the requirements are not met by any of your plans .. in that case you don't wanna miss the client i think !
