frozenhosting.com and elancehosting.com faked?! then down...

| Looks like frozenhosting.com have a ruin. They don't had a lot of clients but had a lot
server problems. Especially last two weeks. We decided to cancel account in their server
and when made backups(not all, db still not made...f....anyway, thanks god). It down since yesterday..
Another problem is elancehosting.com. I saw a post of mike i bought 6gb package throw
2checkout. Its already 2 weeks since i paid and my acc is still not active. I got no
response, their page down.
What i have to do in this case? Anyone have any experience?

| I actually got hosting from elance, they gave me a whm thing and i paid for it all...the whm was buggy and didnt let me add websites.
Then 2 days later there website went down and i couldnt get through to them at all.
They thoguht they could nick my money well unlucky for them im not dumb i contacted 2checkout and got all my money back.

| Hello,
Some Time back i had a Reseller with Frozen Hosting but i had no major problmes !
I was on the Kansas Server .... i got a new Dedicated Server so i cancelled my account with some time back .
I've heard FrozenHosting has been sold to acunett.com

| yeh.. it's sold.... the costs of acunet is tottaly unreal. Who wanna pay money like this...
I'm a client of aacunet.. have 4gigs. They even dont have fantastico.... super server without new cPanel :/

| Exactly ! But as heard from one of my friend hosted at Acunett ... the service & support is good there .. he gets all his emails replied within 1 hour.. however the rates are too high !

| 1. "Super Server without new cPanel" - not sure what you mean here. Our cPanel is the newest release version.
2. Fantastico is expected to be installed within 1 week.
3. High Pricing? Have you heard you get what you pay for? Our pricing and plans are also going to be re-done with our new website coming online sometime in July.

| ok ok .... probably. i agree, we dont hae downtimes, everything works fine... you have too nice support, but... just i though what there is old cpanel... without fantastico. price - that was only IMHO. Sorry, i didnt mean to....
Maybe rvskin is coming to?

| No, we run the newest versions of cPanel/WHM as they are released on all of our servers. Fantastico is just an add on that we have not considered installing until just recently when many of our new customers are requesting it.
