Win10 Server on HiVeloctiy Down!

Win10 Server on HiVeloctiy has been down for the past four (4) hours this afternoon. And all that Tech Support can tell me is that they are running a diagnostics on it. First they told me it would be up in probably 15 minutes and now they are saying 2 more hours.
Once again...Caveat Emptor!

Two hours are up and we have currently been down over 6 hours now! HiV still can't tell me what is wrong or when it will be back up.

Our sites have now been down for over ten (10) hours. Still no answer from HiVelocity.
Anyone else having problems today?
At this point I don't know what to do. I'm feeling totally helpless.

Finally, after over 11 hours, our sites are back up. However HiV acknowledges that there are still issues lingering, and that they continue to work on a permanent solution. They have been working on these "lingering issues" for well over 2 years now. After 5 years of being a paying customer of theirs...I think it is finally time to move on to a new solution. Little to no communication from HiV is the killer. If they only did a better job of communicating what they are doing and fix things quicker then I could live with it. But I guess that is too much to ask of them.

Seems like I spoke too soon. Our sites are down once again today. Down for 40 minutes so far! I still have no idea what is going on. Sooooo here we go again. I wonder how long we'll be down this time????

I bet you could change hosts faster than they can bring your site up Sounds like they are having big problems.

Our sites came back online yesterday, but they went down again last night. Down for 5 hours at this moment. Still no word from HiV on what happened or what they are doing.
