Hello, I am having a problem with the domain http://www.bygsac.com my customer says that his website does not load, and it is true it does not load from particular locations. From others it loads fine. Any ideas of what could it be the reason?

You can try to traceroute to your server from those locations. That could show you if there is any packet loss and where it is occuring.

Looking at following two results, it seems site works just fine worldwide. http://host-tracker.com http://internetsupervision.com/scrip...sac.com&email=[Enter+Your+Email+Address] However, if it is not working fine then yes, ask for traceroute result. One more thing, if you are using csf firewall, just check it's security level. It might be blocking traffic somewhere. Thanks

Yes, the DNS report for bygsac.com looks clean. It is worth checking out that the domain is inaccessible for people from a specific country OR ISP. A trace route from the client's location to your domain will help.
