How is this server 2x Intel Xeon Quad 5405 ??

Hi I have this server 2x Intel Xeon Quad 5405 8192 MB FB DDR2 RAM But its not able to handle even 100 sites ?? Its getting overloaded so what will be the problem ?? Can any one help me.. Thanks

Need more details! Do "top" when your server is getting load and copy/paste the results here

you need to find out what exactly is causing load. "top" command should help. You can also try to identify the slow mysql queries and check httpd status to find if there is any website causing load. Also, you have not mentioned what kind of websites have you hosted on the server.
