ming install ?

dear i want to install ming in centos server with cpanel/whm control panel. how can i install it ? also is ming have bug ? as example i install soap in my server and after 2 weeks , our tmp folder of server be read only and i change my server. i want to know that is ming have some problems as like as top problems ? please help me thanks
