How often should you do vulnerability hosting?
Posted by amina, 04-13-2010, 03:29 PM We all know it's a security must, right... but how often should you run these kinds of tests and should you trust a third party to do the penetration testing?
Posted by boxer, 04-13-2010, 09:12 PM this type of security it's must done if you have a shop website, i think you need a trusted resource, or a good analyzing team with Term of use contract to keep all the reports in private area.
Posted by boxer, 04-13-2010, 09:27 PM It's important to have a trusted resources, but i don't think that every trusted resources have a good experience than some of other companies, penetration-testing doesn't support on program or trust people, as you need to be sure from this company that it's a registered company and at least they have 3-5 contracts with other companies before you, that if you sure that they are a good company who had a leet stuff to pen-test your apps or system.
