Remote Backuop Issue WHM/cPanel

Actually i am trying to take remote backup but backups not done.
Please note that backup files are getting created on remote server with file size ZERO 0KB
I have received below email with subject : [cpbackup] Backup complete on xyz.test.net

what i am doing wrong why backups not getting done ?
Please help me guys to resolve this issue

Hello,
Try FTP ing to the Host with the details and check whether you are able to transfer the data manually like backup is running.

Yeah I have checked & i am able to transfer the data manually there is no issue atoll

Thank you guys for looking into this.
I just got an idea to add Remote server's IP address on our server firewall And really It works. Y'day i did that & today i got successful cpbackup email & It is no more showing error & also i have verified by login to remote FTP. My problem solved.

are you using the cpanel configure backup option or doing it manually?
