Anyone experience the same thing ?
I can't even goto softlayer.com from different ISP

I can view my site using proxy website & traceroute is fine from dnsstuff.

It's your path to Softlayer that is broken.
In my case it dies at Level3.

Eric from softlayer posted about this on the softlayer forums. It's Level3 that screwed up again.
It affected but not limited to the following locations:
Houston, TX
Austin, TX
Dallas, TX
San Jose, CA
Los Angeles, CA
San Fransico, CA
Pheonix, AR
Miami, FL
