I think you've just described a very large number of hosts, none of which can make you any offers here. Perhaps try looking in the advertising forums, or requesting a host quote (at the top of the page).
Good luck

A good place to start would be going to the shared hosting & Reseller hosting offers here: http://www.webhostingtalk.com/forumd....php?forumid=4
Remember to do your search before you signup.

Just becareful with the host you pick as you dont want to end up losing your money as paypal isnt known for helping out its users with charge backs.

I would advice you to try one month before paying for one year.

Like they have said above, make sure that you try the host for a month prior to commiting to the full year.
Also make sure the host 24/7/365 support and make sure to test out the support while your on your first month to ensure that it is satisfactory to your needs

When someone states they offer unlimited bandwidth.. what do you think the catch is?

Do you really think there is such a thing for only $2.99 a month with web hosting? I know there has to be a catch somewhere

in the end it depends on the company as a whole. For a small hosting account, lets say 20 meg .. that wouldnt be too bad... if paid up front
Edit: the catch for unlimited bandwith is probably in the TOS.
it might go as something like if you use too much resources you account will be terminated.
but on the other hand, lets say you get a dedicated unmetered server... then the "unlimited bandwith" is limited by the speed of the server. so technically.. there is no such thing as unlimited.
