Need cPanel reseller account for 15 personal accounts

I need a cPanel reseller account for 15 personal accounts. Preferably in the 25 to 40.month range. Who's doing a good job these days? I have had a dedicated server with servermatrix the last 1.5 years, but i am closing that business. I have used VO and McHost in he past, but this business is always changing. Jamison, Sorry to hear your closing you business! You are right that things keep changing and any more it seems like there is a daily occurrence.
