anyone had a problem with sharktech.net?

I work for a dot com and last week all 38 of our mail servers were attacked by an IP from this company. I opened an abuse ticket on their website, and sent an email with packet logs to their abuse@ address listed on Arin. Never heard back from anything, but the abuse did stop (I had to put a access list block on my cisco router). I even tried calling their phone number 4 or 5 times and it always goes to voicemail (and I did leave one). I've seen some responses from their guys on here but my account isn't high enough to pm them. Anyone dealt with them on this kind of level before? Paul

Paul, We handle all abuse reports only via email. I apologize for the delay in responding back to you, but I am particular that we suspended the abuser. We take abuse complaints VERY seriously. Please send me a private message with your email address to take a look. Thank you, Tim

If its only by email, then why provide and abuse form on your website. At any rate, I also sent an email to abuse@ and admin@. I'll pm you.

Tried to pm, but it says I do not have sufficient privileges. The emails I sent to abuse@ and admin@ would have been from paulc AT Car-Part.com.

There already is an Abuse Contact Us on our website. It's located under Support > Helpdesk Support > Abuse Contact Us. I sent you an email from my email address.

Yes, I know. I used that as well as the ARIN abuse handle email address listed. I just got confused with this statement: So it made it sounds like that contact form went unused. Thanks for checking into everything. Paul
