trouble ticket software !!

| All,
I need your help in deciding a good trouble ticket program. Also a live chat program.
I have been provided couple of them but I didn't see much of the user or admin options in them. Could you suggest the best from the them or any other you may suggest.

| I use and like Support Logic. You cant beat the price and it does everything I need it to do. It is easy to install and use. Easy to integrate into your site as well.

| I've found with help desk software, it's best to get what is going to give you the least amount of frustration. Support is probably, next to uptime, the most important part of a web hosting business. I'd personally recommend purchasing a leased license of Kayako eSupport. It's a breeze to install and works very well, probably better than any other software I've tried personally.

| PerlDesk, Kayako -- The best part about these are you get a pop up when any tickets arrive.

| Ive been using Support Logic, works well most of the time, has a few bugs though. All in all Im pleased with it considering that its free and all. Im thinking about switching to PerlDesk soon though.

| As far as a TT Database there is nothing better than Cerberus You can utilize this free with one e-mail address!
They do offer a live help product but it isn't free!

thanks for your input.
I tried all of them and finally installed os Tikcets. it is easy to handle. The only problem I found was that anyone in the world can open a ticket without even having a hosting with you because it doen't require any login /passwd.
