urgent problem i need help

| hello
i have a big very big forum !
all the time the load rais to 80 even u changed the servers twice ,
although i have SCSI 15k HDD's and 20Gb ram but the load very high and the server very very slow
i use fcgi with mpm worker ,
mpm worker max client 80000
max request per child 10000
timeout 15
keepalive off
even i reduce this values the load still high and the site dosen't work
any suggest of help even with money

| You may need someone to look after your server and do some analysis with optimization.

| Please provide the output of "uptime", "vmstat", "iostat", and "free". This may allow us to provide further recommendations.

| Just monitor your server using top,vmstat,iostat...check the wa% value in top command if its high then most probably disk is taking time to write the data on disk, which may slow down your server.
