Resellerguru - any info
Posted by abrax, 11-30-2004, 05:04 PM |
Hello!
Does anyone have information about ResellerGuru? I'm looking for a cheap reseller company and this seems very good... 2 / 30 gigs, unlimited domains, HELM and all the usual stuff, for $100 per year. The only thing I would lack on a windows server is MSSQL support, but for this price I know I can not have everything.
Their support seems good, they have answered some of my questions quickly.
So, anyone familiar with them or has some more info?
Thank you!

Following is the quote from whois:
Domain was registered on 11th Aug. 2004 which is not too old so it will be a little difficult to find reviews about this company.

Thank you for checking the domain! I also supposed they are probably a "fresh" company, they don't mention anywhere the history of their company. All I know that appearantly, they are part of a bigger company.
Anyway, it doesn't have to mean they are not reliable, right?

All I can add is that they are currently hosted at Everyones Internet, Inc:
www.ev1.net
As for 24/7 customer support, it is very interesting, because they do not have the phone number to contact them, only emergency one where you should leave the message after the tone.
Kind Regards,
Mike

Yep, thank you for pointing me at this "interesting" thing. I also find only email / ticket support, although, they replied my tickets quite quickly.

I would just recommend you to sign up for an account with the Reseller who has more experience in the industry.
There will be always a chance to transfer your data from there to ResellerGuru in the future.
Just my suggestion.
Good luck.
Kind Regards,
Mike

Domain contact information is not always a good indication of a companies length of business.
They could have changed names
Their domain registration may have reset the date (it's happened before)

Thank you, I will reconsider my decision.
I saw the signature in your message... what should I know about your services? Seems as a good choice as well.
