How to install flash plugin for CentOS?

All these are installed already but I still can't see youtube videos. Looked at add-ons -> plugins and flash is not there. So how can I install it? yum install curl compat-libstdc++-33 glibc nspluginwrapper rpm -ivh /tmp/flash-plugin-10.0.12.36-release.i386.rpm yum install flash-plugin

if you are on x86_64, remove any existing flash and do,

When I tried to copy to that folder, it says it does not exist. So I created these 3 folders and copied it there, still no flash plugin. /usr/lib/mozilla/plugins/ /home//.mozilla/firefox/plugins/ /home//.mozilla/plugins/
