| I've only been a customer with SupremacyHosting for less than a week but I've already experienced 2 full outages. The first lasted about 25 minutes and the second (earlier this afternoon) lasted around 45 minutes. During this time my sites, cPanel, and the companies site was down.
Has anyone else had problems here? There isn't much info on the company here at WHT but I'm sure someone has had experience with SupremacyHosting.

| Have you contacted them regarding the outages? If so, what is their explanation for the outages?
How is their customer support? Do they seem professional and are they fast? Also, what is the load like on their servers?
If it continues with one or two outages a week, maybe it is time to look elsewhere...
Also, what is the URL for the hosts website?

| Whilst I too have looked at this website already, its not right to assume it is nessesarily a .com or even a TLD
Its always best to base your life and opinions on facts rather then assumption

| Support replied stating they would have to investigate further because they were not aware of any outages.
Professional, yes, very. I was very impressed with the level of professionalism I was dealt when I first contacted the company. One of the owners/managers was on hand to speak with me directly.
The server I was on was not very loaded; however cPanel was very slow.
I'll post here again when I receive another reply on the status of the support ticket.
